Some new art

Well I have tried to fit in creativity in my busy schedule.  This is a couple of small paintings done in glass for small frames. 

New paintings

Well, I have been busy lately painting some things. I have painted some items for Christmas that I will finish into jewelry, key chains, or who knows. Maybe they will just be put on a mini-easel and set on a shelf to look at. I love Christmas as it is a wonderful time to spend with family and friends. I guess that is what I want to paint, the joy and beauty of Christmas.

Well, it has been a tough year. I lost another brother, Dennis Russell, on February 7th and it has truly been hard. I lost a lot of my inspiration when he died. I am now getting back some creative ideas and hope to be posting photos and ideas again soon. Until then, keep the faith!

Good morning to all. Well, I have painted some more things that I like. I like to do nature so I painted cat eyes. My inspiration of course was my wonderful Simba.
After playing for a while, this is my works in progress.



After looking at them,I thought a black background would be better so I redone the photo. This is what they look like.



They look like cat burglars! I laughed so hard. I may share them on facebook, who knows. Anyway, I have designed a necklace with matching beads for each one. I will post them when completed. Here are also some other designs that will be posted on Etsy soon.

Well, it has been a busy week. The snow and extreme cold here in North Carolina has give me some inspiration of some things that I want to do. A friend posted a beautiful picture on facebook that she has given me permission to paint one day. Also watching cardinals "steal" catfood from the back deck has been fun and also inspiring. Maybe soon for those projects but in the meantime, here is photos of what I have done this week to post for sale on Etsy. https://www.etsy.com/shop/TeaguesCreationsETC This is painted in acrylic on a 2 inch round wooden disc with black tone chain with Jade cubes, clear/black crackle beads and black shells. Well, today it is official. I now have an Etsy store with 10 items listed for sale. I am in the process of working on my storefront to make it more attractive and see what happens there.
